Motorola One Fusion Plus Full Review: Clean UI experience without bloatwares.

Motorola has recently launched its new smartphone “Motorola One Fusion Plus” in India. This phone is introduced in the mid-range segment and has many pros over its competitor. Only one variant of 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage is introduced in India. Although Motorola is not an Indian company but these phones are manufactured in India at Tamil Nadu unit. Here’s a review from “Mobiles Nation” for you, to decide whether it worth the price.

Features:

Motorola One Fusion Plus Full Review: Clean UI experience without bloatwares.
Motorola One Fusion Plus - Moonlight White

Display:
Motorola One Fusion Plus mobile comes with 6.5” Full HD+ IPS LCD Screen. This big-screen gives you a bezel-less experience. Since Google discontinued face unlock feature in Android 10 this phone don’t have face unlock feature. This phone has a 60Hz refresh rate.

Moto One Fusion Plus has HDR 10 Display which gives good colours and sharpness. It is one of the rare phone which has got YouTube Signature Certification. I guess Motorola might have got this certification because of its HDR 10 display and a loud speaker.

Full HD+ IPS LCD display of this phone is good but its competitor in the similar price range, like Realme X2, has Super AMOLED display. Motorola could have gone with Super AMOLED display instead of LCD. Since its LCD screen, at the end of the day, this screen won't display crisp Black and punchy colours as in Super AMOLED display.

Camera:
Motorola One Fusion Plus comes with the quad-camera set up. There are many modes available for using this camera. This device camera is really impressive and captures incredibly authentic photos. You will surely appreciate the details in the photos. Further night mode is optimized for both front and back camera which gives you good quality pictures even in low light condition.

Primary Camera:
The main camera of this phone has 64MP with 1.8 focal lengths.

Ultra-wide:
This phone comes with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The main camera image is sharp but wide-angle has little blur in the final image. As if it is not focused properly. So use it only when necessary.

Macro:
Motorola One Fusion Plus has 5MP macro lens which helps you click close up shots. One unique feature of this phones macro lens is that it has autofocus features and you can even shoot video through it.

Front Camera:
Motorola One Fusion Plus has pop up front camera which has a pretty wide angle. Since this phone has one of the fastest processor it clicks pictures fast.

Speakers:
Moto One Fusion Plus has only one speaker, which is at the bottom. Although it is a single speaker, but it is pretty loud. These speakers are one of the loudest in the segment.

Battery:
Motorola One Fusion Plus comes with 5000 mAh Battery. Which can be charged through 18W fast charger. It takes 2 hours 35 min to charge the phone completely from 0 to 100 percent.

Software and Performance:

Motorola has given neat and clean UI with almost stock Android experience to this phone. That is without any ads, bloatware or junkware. This is something you don’t find in mid-range phones often. Snapdragon 730G SOC (Octa Core) is a gaming-oriented chip and is very fast. You will have a good gaming experience on this phone without having a heating issue.

Motorola has retained some of its previous features like a double chop to start flashlight, shake to open camera etc. Dedicated Google Assistant key is very convenient. Instead of going in Chrome and searching, you can search with one click. I wish they had made that button programmable. With overall experience, this phone won’t disappoint you in terms of performance.

Concluding Words:

At this price point, we do have other smartphones like POCO X2, Realme 6 Pro etc. Every smartphone has its unique features which other phones lacking. Some have Super AMOLED display whereas some come with 120Hz display. I wish Motorola One Fusion Plus also come with a more fluid display like POCO X2 or punchy panel like that of Samsung M31. Also adding fast charger like the one we have with OnePlus 6 Pro would have been a game-changer.

Motorola offered a lot of interesting features in this phone. This phone surpasses other phones in some of the specs like 5000 mAh massive battery backup, clean UI experience without adware and bloatware, which is considered to be an important feature in today’s smartphones. Best speaker in the price segment. Best Cam and performance. With all these features one can hardly complain about the flaws of Motorola One Fusion Plus.

Do let me know, what you think about this phone.
