Realme 7 Review : Massive battery backup at affordable price.

Realme introduced their "Realme 7" mobile phone in the first week of September in the Indian market. This was the first time any company printed celebrity picture on their box cover. Realme 7 box has Salman Khan picture printed on its cover. It was a good move by Realme in terms of a brand endorsement but looking at the ongoing issues in Bollywood, I don't think it was a wise decision to print celebrity picture on the cover. How much it will affect the sale of Realme, only time will tell.

This phone comes with lots of interesting features like Sony IMX sensor, new MediaTek Helio G95 chipset etc. This chipset is good for gaming purpose as it has Mali GPU which is clocked at 900MHz.

This 64MP camera with Sony sensor is one of the highlighted features of this mobile.

This phone has 2MP Black and White portrait lens.

Selfie camera:

The selfie camera is good and wide with many features. By default, beauty face mode is always on. You need to switch it off every time if you don't want to use.

Overall the camera of Realme 7 is good. There is no extra colour boosting which was seen with earlier Realme phones. In outdoor conditions, the camera does a pretty good job. Skin tones are produced very well but sometimes in the wide-angle, it gets very dark.

Realme 7 has 6.5" IPS LCD Screen with Full HD+ resolution. This screen comes with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display is bright and has 480Nits value. Bezels are small on the side and top. Chin bezel is of average size. Screen to body ratio of Realme 7 is 90.5%. The display is good for multimedia and gaming. High-end games can be played on this mobile without much frames drop.

Audio of Realme 7 is quite loud and decent.

Realme 7 runs on Android 10 and the best part about this phone is, it doesn't come with banned apps or junkware. AnTuTu score of Realme 7 is 292939, which is a respectable score for a mid-range smartphone.

Concluding Words:

Realme 7 has a good display, camera, processor, battery etc. It would have been great if they added a secondary noise cancellation microphone along with above features. Overall its good value for money smartphone and seems a good deal at this price.
